VERY long Undocking/Docking, and Jumps today (6/15@1-2pm and continuing)

I am experiencing VERY long Undocking/Docking, and Jumps today. Is anyone else seeing this? Happened between Arnon IX and Gicodel.

Reboots of the system, and restarting the client have not changed this. I have no networking issues (50mbps up/100 down). Eve is responding in all other ways in the expected manner.
