Imagine if a few uber rich highsec industrialists started to crank out cheapie T1s for these ops. All you need are the bodies beyond that point.

All warfare is economic. Think about it

Hohoho nice initiative, props to you.

However if you ever make it to pass the R&K's smartbombing BlackOps camps, if you ever make it to destination without loosing 2/3 of your fleet to Bombing diks, someone somewhere will be in an instant alpha shooting stuff/fleet/gang trying to get as much kills as they can.

Cool

Awesome initiative still to take those pubbies out of high sec take the fresh air of freedom in null sec and make them enjoy pewpew

hoping that the route and destination being undisclosed will help in that. But you never know.

As soon as you tell the fleet where to go, every 0.0 entity will know. This thing will have so many AWOX alts and spies, that if you get more than three jumps into 0.0 without getting hotdroped/ganked, I would be surprised. If you do somehow defy the odds and actually get to your destination, I doubt you would actually be of any effect, before they descend on you like a pack of rabid wolves.

Either way this will end hilariously for you.

Should be a good time but unfortunately for the AWOXers I will only be giving out one jump coordinate at a time. Simply to reduce the possibility of this happening. So if they are good at guessing directions, or know regions pretty good I guess they can put 2 and 2 together, and who knows maybe Fountain isn't the destination at all. vOv.

But yes making it there would be cool, if not it should still be fun. I kinda hope we do get a fight along the way.

But the most probable outcome is we will mostly shoot ourselves because everyone is a spy alt for everyone else.
(I imagine I will get skull ****** at some point as well.)

Either way Ventures will die, and I shall be the one to lead them. I just hope we can tag a kill or two before we make the ultimate sacrifice.

Won't take all that long to narrow down your destination & route to a chokepoint or two.

Still a damn fine idea, IMO - I'll get to sell some more BPCs, and some folks will be entertained for a bit - either by breaking out of HiSec, or by trying to intercept.
Carry on smartly!
Cool

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short. But scream it at them in Esperanto, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

That's what I figure will happen too. But, I went on a "manroam" with Psychotic Monk that was advertised well in advance. We did a ton of jumps from Jita through low and null. Hardly saw a soul and didn't get into a fight even until the last gate to our planned destination. This was the last thing I saw before being ejected from the warm embrace of my pod:

No you are right, anyone who is planing to AWOX will have a rough idea of the possible routes from New Caldari, so the probability of them being able to pinpoint a route after a few jumps will be high. I mean it doesn't take long to cross systems that didn't get jumped into off the list, ultimately providing a more and more accurate location. If I go left they can chop anything on the right off, in many cases.

But nothing can be perfectly safe. For all I know a highsec corp will come in destroyers with enough points to stop all the ventures or scrams and webs and a bubble boy waiting in 0.0. I think for sure the biggest threat comes from inside the fleet. But I also think thats what will also make it exciting. Most of us have no idea who the other is, are we mains? or are we alts? What have you. So I think without even considering additional threats that there are some very exciting scenarios that can play out.

My friends despite the narrative this is an event designed by me, for the low SP, pilots of High Sec. The primary goal is to show what Null fights can look like, and to provide a cheap low risk fleet in which you can experience it.

Showing it is one thing, living it as a new player is another.

When someone doesn't bankroll the loss of ships, it will get costly. If the newer player has any implants to speed up training, even more so (losing those +3s whenever podded adds up, especially when level 2 missions don't pay enough LP or ISK to keep buying them -- and unless you're in a blob fleet won't get them replaced cheaply).

As they say in EvE: if you can't afford to lose it, don't engage in the activity.

For new players it's best that they learn how to make ISK to be self-supporting, and that's when the game become enjoyable (and can afford losing implants and ships by the dozen).

A few points of unsolicited advice:

"There will be two items provided that I would like you to carry with you in your cargo hold. These will be placed on market for 1ISK so please be respectful to the other pilots and only take one of each."

Arrow If this is important I am sure some not so nice person will buy it up, I hope there is a Plan B here.

Arrow For the love of dragons, I wouldn't allow BS's and BCs (smartbombs) and would bring ship scanners.

Arrow I hope too you have multiple scouts and back up FCs.

Arrow Not much you can do about SBs but I'd give bomb lessons 101 re: DCUs and MWDs.

It would be nice to see you at least make it far enough for somebody to target something.

Anyway, not meaning to step on toes, it's your gig. (just caught up in the spontaneous enthusiasm and novel idea)

Good Luck Pirate

P.S. Am I losing it or can't you (or at one time) buy safe passage with R & K ? Though I don't know if they're involved in the war (unofficially) but I still have a concussion from the last time I ran into them, literally speaking. (thanks FC).
