Ingame bug-reporting doesn't find client info?

While doing some bug reports with the in-game tool, I noticed that in the description field it says:

Tranquility - EVE-EVE-TRANQUILITY - None.None

Normally (If i remember properly) it says the client version with numbers and code-words. So... what does that actually mean and where it is used? First parameter 'Tranquility' is obviously the server, the second parameter 'EVE-EVE-TRANQUILITY' might be something like Eve-client in the Eve universe on the Tranquility server. And the last parameter 'None.None' might be patch name [dot] version number?

A few questions:

  • Is the new patch named None.None?
  • Do i need to do the bug reports again?

I disagree!
