Sansha ships to cure the supercap blob

For each super cap down, surviors in drakes make 10-100mill isk

Yeah I see why you think this will end in favor of the super pilots.

Got mathematics ?

Implementation is everything

Like the idea. Know it'll be botched the first time on TQ

No, must not be winnable, pointless effort if the supers can tank / escape their fate.

@ If it's 100% certain supers on field are dead on this trigger +1
@ any chance of them surviving -1 (waste of time implementing)

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships

Just imagine if every null system had a certain mass limit that would change every DT (so you can't just trigger it) and once that Mass limit is reached an incursion of Sansha ships (seriously pimped) jumped in and just kicked arse.

You could say that until the fleet had been destoryed the enitre system would stay locked down.

Make things interesting :)

I like the idea!!!
everyone said it would be exploited to make isk, I guess that is very true...BUT

what if these incursions that are triggered in this fashion dont make you any isk?

once a certain degree of "unblobing" appears to happen the sansha retreat in their WH

Group A is in system and just under the trigger mass.
Group B jumps in to the system and triggers the mass limit.

How do you make sure both sides are equally agressed by the sansha?
How do you explain it to those who were looking forward to a good fight only to have it spoiled and more laggy due to npc's?

Adding more ships to an overview doesn't sound like a good blob busting mechanic to me

i can just see the goons or the russian or even -a- just gettin every single cap they have in 1 fleet and farming these pimp fleets by jumping from one system to the next.... welcome to the eve, home of the nomad caps

The supers would just end up LOLING at the sansha rats and making 5bil/hour in sites.

You keep forgot something.. CCP can make NPC's as strong as they like. hell, NPC Supers :)

Or like other people have stated.. just make it so they drop no loot and you recieve no isk.

Is it a form of Concord.. yeah I will agree to that, however its different in so much as they would be a random element that would have to be taken into consideration when ever planning to drop a couple of hundred supers on the battlefield.

Can it be exploited, well that would be down to CCP and yeah, we know how that usually works out :)

If you want to nerf supercarriers, simply prevent them from launching normal drones and then introduce point defence cruisers that can easily destroy fighters and fighter-bombers.

If you want to nerf titans, simply turn them into mobile stations.

The suggestion only affects SC's and includes adding npc's to player combat. How does this help address the other problems currently making eve pvp stagnant. No ship diversity, broken sov system, obselete ship classes, etc etc.

Adding more content that CCP can implement haphazardly to the detriment of Eve isn't going to get it done. Instead we need changes to more than just SC's to put the fun back into nullsec pvp. It's not going to be easy or indeed agreed upon by everyone. Frankly I don't think CCP is up to the job but I really hope they prove me wrong, and I welcome the "na na na nah you were wrong" evemail from them.
