Launcher starts fine, verifies client and then the client opens in a resolution that I did not set and I get this error:

"Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x1d1bfff0 at address 0xffff08f6. Do you wish to debug it ?"

Selecting yes or no closes the client and no debugging ever takes place.

I don't believe this is a hardware issue. I've used the EVE Clonemaker to dualbox and both of my clones startup fine and run the client as per usual. I've run the repair tool a few times but no luck there. I would love to get this fixed without doing a full reinstall of the client as I'm on limited bandwidth..

Any ideas?

Solved by deleting settings folder. :(
