If only CCP would put a bounty system in the game that couldn't be gamed then people could put their money where their mouth is. Oh well.

Test is just experiencing some minor setbacks. Once they are all regrouped in Karan and the rest of the high sec reinforcements arrive, there will be a strong push against the Goon threat.

In fact, I hear Test is actually losing these systems on purpose as part of some wily plan to trick the Goons. Think of it like tug of war. You give your opponent a little bit of slack in the rope, and then you pull hard, leaving him in the mud.
