Found one of these guys sitting in an elite cruiser outside a novice site in Onatah today. I haven't been part of FW for nearly a year. Whats the deal with these guys?

I thought they only appeared in belts, I found this one on the gate to the FW site...

Which would mean they potentially show at gates and other beacons as well. Good to know for the crowd hunting them (I've personally ran an inty all over Black Rise for a week and couldn't find a damn one).

CCP made these rats spawn only in belts. If there was one on gate with ya, that'd be interesting. But they're supposed to only be in belts.

i think those spawn where normal rats spawn, so that is usually belts, but sometimes those spawn else where too, stations, gates, missions etc...

random event.
