Yes, indeed.

I also do hope you're looking into #2. While it seems to be much rarer it's even more troublesome in its implications.

All these side effects are du to the low capacity of the System jumping feature.
More than 50 people jumping is the simpliest way of getting TiDi and endless slow warp tunnel..

Please CCP, this feature need some love coding.
