While the gate is locked, CCP gave out a few keycards (i think it was a part of the retribution gifts).
I will gladly pass it on for a bit of ISK.

Or how about they open it and let the Nex store be there.....no more installing The Sims for your GFs and wives.

You must be new around here. RollThis is pretty much exactly what happened after the Incarna debacle. We all cried so much that they prioritized FiS for the next 18 months, and put WiS on the far backburner. You can do your own googling to confirm if you'd like.


Like I said, CCP did not have to put it on hold. If they really wanted this WiS so much, they would have done it already, regardless of what the customers want. Did you hear the massive cheer at fanfest when the CEO asked if they should relook at WiS? Then he just said "maybe next year then"...


In all fairness, they cheered for the new gate animation and now 1/2 of Eve is puking on the way to Jita. But I'm all for WiS. Really, I won't be happy until I can land my ship on a planet, pick up a blaster, and shoot DUST 514 mercs.. ON MY PC.

I'm all for the idea of WiS, it will add a different side to EVE and those that dont want it, don't use it, and vice versa. But I keep seeing people say "CCP really want to implement WiS". If they really wanted it, it would be done. The basics of the programming is there anyway (CQ's).

As far as getting down planet side and shooting dusties pc style. WiS is one thing, being able to completely droppod planetside and pew pew the bunnies, thats another xD

It's human nature to want to explore. To find your line and go beyond it. The only limit, is the one you set yourself.
