OK, so i need some info here, knowledge is the bomb and all. can people join a corp that has been dec'd? can people join a corp that is dec'ing?

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Unless something has been changed that I am not aware of, pretty sure the answer is yes on both counts.

Yes.

Exception : if you have left a corp during a war, you cannot rejoin that same corp for the next 7 days.

That blows. Why not?

To stop fruitcakes from leaving and joining corps at war to surprise targets.

Well that is one of the reasons.

How could it be used to surprise a target?

Edit: Fairly sure you can't join a corp whilst in space.

Simple...

When joining corps and leaving corps in war you or your target must go through a session change.

I have seen people being accepting into corps as the target flies to a gate to jump with them waiting on the other side.

Since the target goes through a session change the act is ok. Cheap but ok.

With the 7 day no join... you can't jump around like that anymore, you might catch 1 person every 7 days like that but a war last a week and the chance of catching a target like that who knows who you are is slim. Unless he drools, not only during his bedtime but during waking hours as well.
