Honestly, half the GD threads are about the GSF war that nobody cares about except them. New content, please.

It would be interesting if every high sec toon (that wasn't an alt of a low sec toon), got in a BS or logi/t1 semi-logi, formed a fleet, and started mobbing out into low and null sec.

The chances of it happening are infinitesimally small, but it would be interesting.

Methinks a blue donut would utterly crush a united high sec

Confirming this would make fights interesting because I'm not getting that much of interesting fights. Some random carebear who forgot to look local or his d-can, some times a couple ships passing through gates without scouts or bad ones but it's really boring to hell.

Couldn't agree more with you on this part, the one where about 60%+ of eve population is supposed to be in high sec, yet they fear to come in to null and fight.

Like we say in null "come at me bro"

I keep hearing that the Goons are still out there, but have never seen one. If they are content to guard virtual borders in null and gank the occasional n00b in hi, while helping to steer the economy in a generally okay direction, that's all right. They may be an important factor in making hisec work as well as it does, so I'm content to let them pretend they hate it and us.

Thanks, Goons, for believing in yourselves.

The repercussions of giving the 15000 strong/weak/alt/moongooers goons/cfc das boot in to high sec will booty pop all high sec explorers, ratters, and miners, which all pales in comparison to the economic boom booms.

I guess this is this week's 'Highsec Braveheart / Herding cats' thread.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

We have one every hour, it seems.

Can you make Caracals and/or Celestis and the fittings? If so, you should, and make a killing.

I'm almost tempted to want them to succeed.

All the goons in hi-sec all the time...

Sure, why not? It would give me someone to talk to at least, the only people on during my hours seem to be Russian mining bot fleets and about 4 other people.

Boat will send the mittani's regards via 1400mm Howitzer Artillery II turrets.

Maybe he'll take out one of the upcoming lokifleets mentioned in the SOTG. Can we call it R64fleet, or maybe Fountainfleet, in celebration of the sources of income that help pay for when he welps it?

Also, he doesn't even get reimbursed much (granted, because logging on let alone undocking doesn't happen that often) (though he did come on some tengu fleets) it's actually MORE FOR US because spacecommunism.

Hey thats not very fair. His website is providing coverage of E3, and as a gamer I like to read about E3. Its not like this War is going to be a week long thing. Financially speaking the other entities of EVE can not let GSF acquire a lions share of the wealth again. While the gap will never be that big, a gap is still a gap. Which is why the entirety of Null is Goon hunting this summer, and why Empire should be Goon hunting this summer as well.

As for his sense of entitlement, I wouldn't personally know. From the outside it seems like GSF has a reimbursement plan that is 2nd to none, and that its pilots have grown to appreciate this. In order to maintain something that the average coalition grunt

A. Depends on,
B. Enjoys having, and
C. Desires to defend it (even if that means acquiring new sources of income.)

Seems like a coalition enterprising decision not a personal one.

Do i echo the call of jihad on the GSF and associated friends, yes...but I do not think there is some master plot for financial gain of the Mittani himself. But hey...what do I know I just haul space junk.

My friends I come to you again to provide cost saving intel in the DickGoons Initiative.

1) Ensure you are in an empty clone, there is no reason to risk destroying expensive implant sets when flying cheap DickVentures.

2) Ensure your clone is up to date. Odyssey could have given you around 6 million SP more. Your current clone could be insufficient, and should you pay the ultimate sacrifice be sure to renew your clone upon spawning in station.

3) Fit Cheap, Fly Cheap, Die Cheap.

More to come as the time to strike draws near.

LOL.. now, I'm a merry trolling nacisitic philosopher type with an opinion on everything...even things that I don't know much about.

I"m not a goon:I was 86'd for life from posting on something awful due tomy inabilty to type and spell properly.
The last straw was when i typed. Lmoa instead of Lmao (which would have been frowned on too).

But.. I'll share this.

Most people in the thread have it Ask-backwards - you can't fight the Goons with ships.. .. and fighting them on your own turf is almost silly.. unless your aim is to have fun PVPIng (you would have fun pvping but thats a different point)

IF your AIM was to cause PAIN to the goons... you must troll them.

you must make them do boring activity for months on end
the Mittani as those that went before him.. and truly all commanders in their prime in even and RL have done.. Understand how crushing the WILL to fight is the goal, and the will is only partially related to the tactics and strenghts on the field.

1) First.. the commitment would need to be made that Thousands of fellow minded freedom fighters will need to commit 100's of millions in resources. .. and no not purely battleships to be blown up.

2) Ideally.. you avoid each and every fight.. you never give PVP'rs the satififaction of fight. Find safe spots and open fire on each other if one of their fleets might approach....s eriously. Fighitng is the joy that you must not feed them with.

3) use funds described in 1 to plex enough alt accounts spread acrross members in different time zones to have 2 or 3 afk cloakers 24 /7 in 200 of their systems (or their pawns systems) . That would mean maybe 600 accounts.. yes, expensive.. maybe 100 key systems would suffice.

4) some small percentage of your afk cloakers must actually understand how to milk a bomber for all its worth or how to operate a covert opps gank or something. To keep the threat real the characters must move about in their assignmetns an have the few peole who understand what they're doing actually kill some of their industrials.

5) SBU SBU SBU .. hire mercenary corps to ninja in10 or 20 SBU"s a day. Some will not come on line.. some will be stolen ... but the day is long and systems are many... the SBU effort might take 10 billiion isk a day on top of the afk cloaker cost. Swallow that cost and do level 4 missions or incursions or whatever is pve for people who don't like to get into the nitty gritty of market mastery (us that mess with the markets moslty relish the upheaval of war and ganking.. .. athlough there are some "producers" that fancy themselves tycoons.

Result... force hours of shooting SBU's daily playing defense is never fun and playing defense on something that isn't even worth anything but just an iritattion is even less fun...
.... after 60 days of being on SBU call all hours of the day (if only to stop one from being planted,,,, if they need to save the day over and over and over everyday they log on.. what might be fun for 2 weeks will become dreadfully boring.

YOU MUST BULLY Think like BULLIES or you will never win! Bully with BOREDOM>. the absolute worst fate for a goon who want a game they play to be ..... Fun. Make more and more goons into hating to log on for being forced into repetitve menial tasks. .. that has an economc cost.. spend the isk in a way that causes the most preparation for them possible and give them the absolute fewest kill mails possible.

The AFK cloakers presence will be shrugged off at first.. you'll be unlikely to doing too much actual damage.. but their presense will dratically improve the chances of SBU's sucessfully being put online as it won't be nearly as easy to notice "unusual activity".

The AFK cloakers will also subtley diminish the "spring in ones step" that comes with ownership... looking over your shouler in your own yard and having people who won't offer you kills but stay in your system would slowly hurt moral.

Even better.. develop a way of trolling that GRATES.

Insults don't grate.

Explain world history slightly wrong. Explain how a server operates wrong mixing up terms.. spam local with tenchical white papers with errors in them .. figure out what sort of industries people work in and miscategorize the attributes of different companies.. talk about mistaken facts with your fellow afk cloakers a few minutes an hour. Don't be TOO far wrong.. facts that are SLIGHTLY ignorant bother knowledgable people most. It is easy to ignore people who know nothing but it is very hard to listen to people right about 90% of a complicated subject and misguided in the last 10% in ways they've actually heard in real life... .. they'll pull their hair our.... do it in law.. do it in medcine.. do it about UI designe.

Trolll with dry material that just slightly tugs their chains reminding them of irritations in their daily life.

NOW

I doubt high sec people can do that. Why... lol. .its not fun for you to tug peoples chains and you won't feel the joy of the "march of destiny" in your concious as you bore more and more goons from logging on

Boring them must be your goal.. collect their indfifference and sense of tedium like they collect your tears!
