i'm kind of new, and this is a bummer, but at least i checked an email that was important enough to print a form, sign and date it, photograph it, and email it back so that i can make the money to keep paying for eve 'online'. :)

You guys have a lot of issues, there is a massive fleet fight that has been going on, and those people are having the favor of their fight changing MASSIVELY from this, you guys sit in the station all day long, so god forbid the server goes down and the world ends, but these people who are having their war, arent on here whining like you

The 10 minutes was the ETA to downtime starting... you guys got a 10 minute countdown timer in game to get yourselves safe.

Right now, we have no ETA for uptime, we're currently working on the problems.
