Tranquility Connectivity Issues - 01:00 UTC - June 12, 2013

The Tranquility cluster is currently experiencing several network issues that began at approximately 01:00 UTC on Wednesday June 12th, 2013.

Our engineers are currently working on resolving these issues, however we may need to reboot Tranquility in order to finalize this process.

Please keep an eye on this thread for further updates regarding the current issues.

UPDATE - 02:08 UTC - We are currently working on restoring full connectivity to Tranquility.
UPDATE - 02:25 UTC - We are currently preparing for a short unscheduled reboot of Tranquility.
UPDATE - 02:30 UTC - Reboot of Tranquility Initiated - ETA 10 minutes.
UPDATE - 02:45 UTC - Tranquility is currently offline for a short unscheduled reboot.
UPDATE - 03:15 UTC - Tranquility is back on line for testing purposes.
UPDATE - 03:40 UTC - Tranquility is now open and accepting connections.

Server issues or DDoS attacks with TEST or GOONS being responsible with the timer that dropped at roughly the same 5min~ window where the disconnects and lag started happening?
