Maybe we are just experiencing a new feature: Orcas taking 3 minutes to jump plus a minute for each 10% of the cargo capacity being used? That would be cool...

It's also the anti-cloak feature, by disconnecting you so you can't stay cloak unless you furiously relogin.

This is probably just CCP ******* up.

TEST had a timer coming out, and apparently CFC's cap fleet was getting dunked at the time, so you can't assign blame through that.

Which means that the
free skill points" were actually to recoup what was lost because of the DDoS. It isn't actually "free skill points", it's actually them giving you skill points to use to train up skills that stopped training, and to cover it if you didn't have another skill in the queue when it happened.
