Delay in pulling up things in game

I've notice a delay in pulling up things like "show info", the market, and so on. (Not combat) All of this seemed to started the end of last week.
You can see some delay on some of my newer videos. (I forgot which)

Anyways, I was originally thinking it was on my end, but I'm not the only one with this problem. In fact, here is a video where it happens when someone pulled up the market place.

Has anyone else notice this problem? How do you think CCP can fix this?

There is terrible lag in everything I do in station;

market stuff, fitting, switching ships, accessing cargo bays, and drone bays, fuel bays.
