I can see Mass Surveillance could be a useful feature to some people, most esp PvP'ers.

Being able to perform surveillance on your ships mass while it changes during microwarpdrive and afterburner operation, could be useful to have an idea on what your agility and align times will be like as the ships mass changes.

But, most people are not too concerned about ships mass, so I can only see limited use, but overall, it is a net positive for EvE.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse this product and/or service.

As this topic's question is obviously about out-of-game events, it does not belong in GD.
As the out-of-game event is politics related, it doesn't belong anywhere on the EvE forum.

I would also like to add that any self respecting intelligence agency looking for keywords on the internet, regardless which nation it belongs to, already gets stark raving mad from the EvE forums.
All that is talked about is bombs, missiles, launchers, kills, blowing things up, etc.....Twisted
