hey i found a bunch of obvious botters in a 0.9 starter system. When i was a noob i had nothing to mine in my starter system b/c of botters so i have a special place in my heart for these degenerates.

Since it's a 0.9 we'll probably hafta alpha them with arty destroyers. I WILL PAY FOR EVERYTHING, you just supply the pilots.

Message me ingame, if it's not James315 himself I will assume you are scamming so dont bother trying.

I will post the killmails in this thread afterwards :)

You clearly have no idea what you're failing to talk about...

If these "miners/botters" are in Exhumers, then they have played the game long enough to not be considered "rookies."

If they are in Ventures... then alright, they're probably rookies and non of us would shoot at them... of course if they left the rookie system, that's a different story.

If they are in Mining Barges, I want to say that's case by case. Personally if I heard about some "botter" in a rookie system (which might be true, might not... you have to check yourself), I scout it out and see he's like a 10 day old character in a retriever and responds to chat, or at least "acts" human... I'm not ganking him.

Clone 7^5 why don't you calm down and realize that not all gankers are here to gank just anything/anyone. Do some research, or ask around before you make yourself look like you don't know what you're talking about again.

And my quote was from the EvE Wiki site, managed by the CCP GMs and customer support team. I don't think you get it, so let's break this down for you:

Canbaiting/dueling rookies is not allowed in rookie systems, because there is no risk to the player.

Ganking is allowed as the risk is that they will lose their ship (guaranteed!) to CONCORD.

What you are saying is that if I were to wardec someone and they fled to a rookie system, I may not engage them in any way because they might be new to the game. In which case, you're wrong, you're bad, should feel bad, and should go back to Hello Kitty or World of Warcraft. Pick one.
