UI keeps resetting! Chat windows, overview, color, everything!

Like the topic title says, it keeps resetting on me. Yes, I have tried restarting the client, restarting the launcher. Every time is the same thing, and it has only been just recent.

I launch the game through Steam, even though I don't have my accounts tied to Steam. When I don't launch it through Steam, the same thing happens.

EDIT: It seems to have stopped for now.

My hotkeys have been reset on characters on one account, but not on the other.
