The answer to the original question is clear to me and has worked for me a number of times personally.

Step 1. Rename your ship to something supporting Test or otherwise anti Goon.

Step 2. Set destination to VFK. Select shortest route to minimize the number of systems you have to pass through.

Step 3. Upon each jump, inform the locals of your intent. If you run into a gate camp, informing them politely of your intentions should allow you safe passage. Some will require fees to pass through. Pay the tolls without hesitation and thank them for protecting the travel route.

Step 4. Upon arrival in VFK, warp to the beacon. This is the staging point for Test's assault on Goon space.

Step 5. Pay the fleet joining deposit to whomever is standing guard at the beacon. This is required to guard against awoxers and spies. After the fleet is finished, your deposit will be refunded.

Note:

If you run into a Goon along the way, he is most likely a double agent. Link him this post so that he knows you are true. Be sure to send him 100m isk to get his attention first and politely ask that he stops shooting and hears you out. This is also true at the beacon, as many disgruntled Goons have taken up arms against the leadership. They cannot be kicked for as long as they remain in space which is why you still see them under the Goon flag. Others operate in secrecy and your donation along with explanation will let them know that their secret is safe with you.

One does not simply fly into VFK-IV. Its black gates are guarded by more than just Goons. There is evil there that does not sleep. The great Mittani is ever watchful. It is a barren wasteland, riddled with fire, ash, and once prosperous tech-moons. The very space you occupy is a corrosive nebula. Not with ten-thousand ships could you do this. It is folly.
