yes, but i am not paying it out of pocket, so a bid of 1 bil, would be 1 bil plus the transfer fees. their rule simply means that i have to be the one to pay it from my account. In other words, if i didnt state it specifically, a bid of 1 bil, would be less than zero for me. . .

i guess that was more confusing than helpful. . . my meaning is mostly for people to remember that it costs 2 plex for me to send it, so basically the bid price, is less 1 bil because of cost of transferring. (looking for a total of around 3.5 B, or 2.5B plus the plex price)

Meant 1.5 with plexs or 2.5*
