50m pilot + 30m friend thinking about null..

hello all,

i'm a 50m SP pilot, have been playing off and on for ~5 years. my friend is around 30m SP and has some null experience. i've dabbled in a few things, mostly high sec. mining, missions, ratting, incursions, faction warfare. i have little pvp experience, but am willing to learn. i've been thinking about trying null for a while now because it's the only area of the game i haven't really played yet.

my concerns:
activity: absolutely must have an active US TZ presence. if your corp is dead when we have time to play we might as well stay a duo.

variety: i've seen a few corps that advertise as just pvp or just mining(of all things!). we like a little pve, at least enough to plex our accounts. i don't even mind the occasional mining op, i just know from experience i can't just mine or i'll lose my mind. I did faction warfare for a while, and had a lot of fun with some of the small gang fights. ultimately FW felt a little too restrictive, and the ISK was a little too slow to comfortably plex my account. variety is important to us, we like to do a little bit of everything.

so those are our quirks, if you think we'd be a good fit, please post up. Smile

Hey, Feel free to stop by our public channel at ~AMD~ and chill with us, see how you like the atmosphere etc.. the corp is very small but those that we do have we are primarily US TZ. in alliance we have UK/EU and US TZ players.

We are also a Nullsec corp and our alliance owns sov.
