I am suck of listening to high sec toons crying that pirating is so dangerous or just to be jerks. If you war dec someone and kill them you get no penility. The targets get a warning aka the war dec, but low sec you get a warning when jumping in. Both cases the war targets are flashy red so are the pirates. With a war dec you payed off concord. What I don't get is why you can't just isk away your red status. Its all the same are gate guns, gcc and a police responce.. There is an aggressor and a victom at least pirates are honest about it.

Proper planning prevents **** poor performance.

Wardecs apply to lowsec as well. If you had wardec'ed your targets before attacking them, even in low sec, you would not be flashy red now, and complaining about it.

In other words, you've solved your own problem in your complaint, pay off concord ahead of time to get rid of the possibility of becomming flashy red.

In null sec there is no security status to worry about. Move there perhaps?

Also, if the dec'ed corp gets notified of a wardec having been placed on them and by which corp, and the random player that ventures into low sec simply gets a generic notification that 'this space is dangerous', then how exactly are pirates more honest?

I'm not even sure what your point is....

But if your whining because you ruined your own sec status, then suck it up and go fix it.

Hello Kitty is >>>>>>> that way.

No I in fact enjoy my blinky red status. It just doesen't make sence to me as to why you cant pay off concord to get better sec status. As for pirates you know we will kill you given the chance. War dec corps will often scam, pod, pop or any other of a number of things. Given the chance yet so many high sec players despise pirates take the moral high ground its bullshit and I am commenting on these things.

Bureaucracies prefer you follow their rules beforehand. Breaking the rules and paying the fees later rarely works.

Excuse me, but what the f*ck are you desu?

You wrecked your own sec status, now go and repair it. Or fly through high sec in a pod.

In Eve the choices we make can either make us or break us get use to it or go back to WoW.

Good day:

"You wrecked your own sec status, now go and repair it. Or fly through high sec in a pod. "

Actually, I don't view being towards -10.0 as "wrecking" one's sec status. Personally, I wish there was a toggle where you could state killing rats doesn't impact sec status whatsoever (I like my negative security status).

Oh, and when I go through high security space... it doesn't have to be in a pod, silly. I've taken through frigates to battle cruisers... just not when I have GCC.

Thank you.

Finally someone with a reponce that is not some trolling crap or too stupid to read. I ENJOY BEING RED it feels right!!! My point is I have had debates with a number of high sec pirates and high sec pvpers. There is a general feeling of pirates are dicks and just want to greif you. THIS IS TRUE!!!! Point is so do high sec players and they avoid being red or retaliation in many cases. becouse they pay a war dec cost. Why is there no mechanic like this for pirates. The only reason I can think of is what was stated earlyer becouse we are not following the prestated rules.

+1 for toggle.

I've taken BCs through HS while -7 hundreds of times. Unfortunately the one time I took a T3 through I got caught by NPCs.

You want to do things easy way, EVE is complex game with all rules.

When you do some effort thing properly beforehand you will get some benefits and have less effort afterwards.

Paying isk for sec status would be way to do it without effort.

War decs are against a small population and are time limited

Buying sec status would alter the way the entire population sees you and does not seem like it would be time limited, though it may be like buying a hall pass in school and good for one transit into and out of hi-sec for a grocery run.

If you are so proud of your -10, why do you want to hide it? Oh, you just want the benefits of a higher sec status when it suits you. Sorry Dude, you made your bed, thorns and all - just love that -10 no matter what it brings you.

It took me a long time to work mine off years ago (pre api when k/bs were almost all manually posted) and I've never missed it.
