Due to proof of gross incompetence the following bounty is placed.

10 billion ISK will be paid upon receipt of Tibus Heth's head.

No other form of proof of death will be accepted. This head will be genetically matched before payment is made.

This bounty is open to all entities. Capsuleers, AI's, Cloned Mercenaries, Baseliners, etc are all eligible to collect.

This hardly seems necessary. Heth is already under investigation for his crimes. Crimes he has personally confessed to. At this point, the outcome is a foregone conclusion. I hardly see any reason to waste perfectly good ISK when we can just sit back and watch the gears of due process grind him into dust.

Maybe I ought to put a similar bounty on that cloned Empress of yours. "Holy" flesh is not bulletproof.

Oh no a bounty!

It's not like people are running around with trillions on their head without a care in the world...oh wait...

Ah, you also forget that recent CONCORD legislation makes it so that bounties are payed off in proportion to the ship, the pod is left out of things entirely sooo yeah...

Have fun finding someone who is willing to destroy the most likely heavily guarded and protected ships of two of the most important (Heth's importance is rather undeserved to be honest) people in the cluster, MULTIPLE TIMES.

Watch_ Fred Fred Frederation_ and stop cryptozoologist! Fight against the brutal genocide of fictional creatures across New Eden! Is that a metaphor? Probably not, but the fru-fru- people will sure love it!

I believe an injection of Reading Comprehension Level 1 might be appropriate for you.

I don't want his ship dead. I want HIM dead.

Hmm, I can't find that book on the market. Can you contract it to me?

This is not a CONCORD handled bounty, Fred.

It is to be paid in full and handled by Vlad.

Thank you dear, hopefully this will speed up his timely execution. I do hope the head is taken slowly.

Don't be placing bounties on people for incompetence now, or I'll have billions of ISK on my head in under a week.

I'll post a counter-bounty of 10 billion ISK for the permanent termination of Vlad Cetes, for critical failure to persuade me to give a **** about this thread.

For those of us in Gallente space viewing events among the Caldari I have to express some bewilderment. Your method of transitioning your government's via the murder of your State Executor is considered somewhat crude by us as we use a form of public franchise called 'elections'.

Personally, I view your political transitions as a purely internal matter for the Caldari to resolve among themselves, that being said though, as a keen observer of events... that the mere offerring of a bounty seems somewhat beneath the Caldari martial spirit. Indeed, so many among the Caldari capsuleers were in the State Navy that to see your highest Admiral so completely humbled and forced to kill herself should have pushed all serving and former members of that Navy to outright rage. Caldari internal security forces are good... but against the combined might of the Caldari high Command, its entire navy and all of its capsuleers? I think not.

So enough idle threats and bounties! Don't talk about it, finish this the Caldari way and do it for the good of the State! Find your enemy, lock your missiles on his ships and blow him to atoms!

On that happy note I leave you all to your civil war. While not quite as satisfying as destroying you myself, watching Caldari kill each other is almost as good.

Insanity is not hubris, not pride; it is inflation of the ego to its ultimate - confusion between him who worships and that which is worshipped. Man has not eaten God; God has eaten man.

As a rule, we don't do it that way either. This bloodthirsty howling isn't our way. Where lives have to end for the greater good, we must be solemn and recognise the loss, not glory in it.

To the security forces of Haatomo VII - Moon 3 Caldari Constructions Warehouse.

You have your target in your sights. Kill him and collect the head, I would think that amount of money will let you retire in great luxury.

Now isn't that a short temper! But, please, do. I'm sure it'll have the same massive effect as the one just placed on the Executor's head: none.
