Is there some way of seeing if an ice belt has been depleted in a system without actually going there?

There's nothing worse than travelling 7 jumps to a system and finding its been depleted...well, maybe RL World War Z may be a bit worse...

No, there's no way of telling if a site is occupied without actually going there.

Frankly this bugs me. They can prevent DUST satellites showing up on the overview unless people are shooting the ground, this has to be something that can be implemented.

So your saying you want it easier than it allready is?

How about we just have CCP mine the ice for you since it is a bother to make 7 jumps to check an ice belt.

Leave a no-skill alt in the system. Login and check.

Perhaps the ice miners can make an ice belt intel channel. Hard to say if people would be honest in it, but worth a shot. Of course, the gankers would like the channel as well :P

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

I have found that ice miners are not as helpful as they were pre Odyssey, the limited ice has made some miners cold hearted, pardon the pun.
