need some nice turtorials for newby's

Am playing this game a few days and really like it.
However, the game is huge and I have the feeling I only know a small piece of it.
So I was wondering of there is some kind of guide / tutorial that explains what you can do in the game...

On topic, though... There's a lot of stuff to do in Eve. And I mean a lot. People who have been playing for years can usually find something they are completely new at and have no idea where to start.

I recommend going through the career tutorials to get a feel for the big general gameplay areas (or browsing a guide like the one Ace Menda posted), and then looking up specific resources and tutorials for whatever you decide to do.
