Okay, I was trying to get an API Key for my corp mate (the corp's API Key) yesterday and I was redirected to the http://community.eveonline.com site instead of the http://community.eveonline.com/support/api-key/. So this is a problem because 1) I can't access the keyes for programs like EVEMon and EFT, and 2) many other programs that require it. Are you guys working on this or even know about this issue?

Thank you for your help, but that didn't work. It just gives me a "problem loading page" message. I appreciate your help though!

Hi guys,

You can try a couple of things that often clear up this problem.

First, try clearing your browser cache:
Firefox: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache
Chrome: delete cache and browser data
IE 8/9: I won't comment on why I'm linking to a rather well laid out page at Penn State CoAS rather than an MS resource, I just, well, am...

Second, try removing the API pages from your browser history:
Firefox: remove single site/page from history
Chrome: mouse down to "clear specific items" on this page
IE 8/9: I actually don't see this being an issue with IE but you could refer to the above link and clear your history entirely or otherwise view your history 'by site' and r-click delete API pages that show up in it.

If these steps don't work, I encourage you strongly to file a bug report with as much detail as possible included (browser type, version, steps you are taking, etc) - using the category 'EVE - Website and forums'.

Thanks very much,
DZ

Thanks DZ,

But only one problem, when I cleared out the cache i get the same redirect. Oh, I can get it through Chrome, but not firefox. I also tried to access it through my mobile phone and that didn't work.
