Mining Anomaly Escalation

Given that combat sites have chance-based escalations at their completion to encourage exploration/risk for increased isk, I think it would make sense to add this to mining sites now that they are also anomalies.

These would be larger fields with more (extremely high) concentrated forms of ore. I'd emphasize that these would most likely need to be new, more densely packed forms of already present ores to give that "Motherload!" feeling/incentive to run these sites. Maybe stronger rats thrown in for spice. The big idea would be to get people to move around in order for greater isk.

Thoughts/Ideas?

I also think this would go well with my (NOT WHAT YOU THINK) T3 Mining barge topic

I like it. Make it so some of the sites also have moon materials mineable by regular barges, and serious rat problems.

I think moon mining materials are reserved by CCP by "Ring Mining" belts that they've mention before, but have not been implemented. But it's nonetheless an interesting idea
