It's high time for another one of the Doctor Eyjo's ISK sinks... Idea

Docking Fees based on class of ship, modified down by the pilot's standings... "drops in a bucket"... but it adds up... and it's Monday morning and I say such things after a ****** commute, which is only getting worse with summer construction... sort of like Jita is getting worse. Ugh
