I didn't know where else to post this but I felt like talking about some of why I'm now an EVE junkie.
I did some writing but the post is too long for here.
Anyone know a good place to relate stories of EVE and/or about them?

People speak of blogs but having never used or started one I could use some advice.

If you want to start a blog, check out Wordpress and/or Blogger.
They offer ready-made platforms from where to write.

Alternatively, you could start from scratch and create a webpage/blog from the ground up.

I'm not totally useless, I can be used as a bad example.

There's an epic "Experiences Of A Total EVE N00b" thread on Reddit which has been getting some great views and feedback, no reason you shouldn't be able to get in on it as well with some of your own tales of misfortune and glory!

I have my own blog, listed in my signature, and if you want to create your own you could use that website as a starting point.

Thanks, I'll look into getting something set up. I want to do some episodic type stuff. I appreciate the help.

If you are going to make it public you should consider how much you say about the corp. If there is something you think might be personal information ask a director or the CEO if they are fine with you writing about it, same if you are saying something more personal about a player.

I dont know if you are in your own corp tho, so you might not have to worry about that at all Smile

HRG is my corp, all two members of it. I did go to reddit and throw up some stuff. As far as discussing other players I don't plan on using names or linking details. A story after all is simply things seen from my perspective and then relayed to you.
Also here is a link to the reddit post.
