Pro:
-Good posture
-Centered on camera
-Lighting complements background
-Shadow on one eye effect is quite dashing
-Smiling on the ID photo, never wrong

Cons:
-...what's wrong with your eyes?
-Somehow the background looks cut off at the bottom. Might be a bug

Certainly a dangerous looking individual, the word 'Scoundrel' comes to mind.
He appears to be leaning forward slightly into the camera, and glaring with one eye, which in itself creates an interesting effect and adds personality to your character.
Despite this the composition and pose could use a little adjustment, it bothers me slightly.
