How do you view corp shareholders?

I personally would LOVE it if EvE's stock market did something, it would be a whole new financial facet of the game. But it would also make any corp's directorate's life a million times more complicated and this is a game in the end.

Would certainly be something if that was to happen. Just thinking, could something like that actually be implemented without drawbacks?

I can't see any incentive. The whole point of incorporation IRL is special legal privileges which do not exist in-game.
