Shield nerf, if you haven't known

Let's see a nice and pretty skill : Kinetic Shield Compensation

The description is still old:
"
Kinetic Shield Compensation To active shield hardeners: 3% bonus per skill level to Shield Kinetic resistance when the modules are not active
To passive shield hardeners: 5% bonus per skill level to Shield Kinetic resistance
"
But the effect to not active modules in not there in effects already, and in-game description is:
"5% bonus to kinetic resistance per level for Shield Amplifiers"

Now, I can't find it in the Odyssey patchnotes, was it done before, maybe?

But I'd say not knowing this already cost us 1 tengu, when capped-out it died much faster then it would do before.

Can you please find a patchnote with it? At least we didn't bump into the effect untill after the Odyssey,

Post #12, dev posted why. I didnt look for patch notes, just forum threads and thats the first I found relevant in 2 minutes of google. So sometime in/around January this happened.

I could guess the 5% to 4% resistance nerf was more the cause, then if your active hardener was off.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Damn that (( The bonus was very nice when you got capped-out by a bunch of sleepers. Though it was a new change.

No, tengus usually use shield amount, not resist subsystem, so that damn nerf didn't affect them.
