One extremely easy way to achieve what you are talking about is buying and selling characters on the character bazaar. Just look at the one of the previous posters in the this thread (X ATM092), and his forum posts for examples.

Terribly easy, the only limitation that stops people (at least I imagine) is the requirement of a large amount of initial capital, at least if you want to buy more than one character at once, and a number of accounts to store the characters on, either without training or with training.

The other nice thing is that there is really no risk as long as you make sure to buy your characters underpriced, since the value of characters tends not to fluctuate significantly, unless you are dabbling in specialized low-sp characters (i.e. JF/tengu characters or w/e).

If you have 50bil and 6 accounts, you could easily buy and sell a couple characters a month depending on how agressive you are, margins are pretty large also for medium level SP characters.

I'd be willing to go through the basics of character trading for 20%. You can turn around 10%/week on any amount of isk if active with it or about 3%/week if you quit eve except for updating skill queues.

Big Forehead, (lol nice name?) I've decided to use the training slot on my accounts to grow characters (rather than flip). It strikes me as more stable. I also have to pick between growing and flipping, because I only have one free character slot available per account.

I've picked Nyx/Aeon sitters because they have a very clear demand and a defined skill minimum.

I noticed one of your threads is for Nyx and Aeon sitters... has there been a significant price difference between "pod warmer" sitters and sitters who keep modules on? also, RE: thermodynamics... I don't have it trained either. Lol ...because high sec? Roll

(I would never sell my mains. either I, the world, or the universe dies, but barring that I will not part with my mains.)

update: I'm finding myself explaining there was a capital rig change for Odyssey, to former owners of T2 rigged Thanatoses who I've contacted about replacements. I might need to hold onto these thannys for a while, at least until T2 capital rigs go on market and they can more easily connect the dots.

You're doing nyx sitters wrong but you've not agreed to give me 20% yet so I won't tell you how to do it right.

Also wow at the free slot on your accounts. Imagine if I said farming was a good income and you said "I've decided to fill my car with manure and try and grow some veg for the market there". Technically what you'd be doing would involve growing things but you'd be doing it so incredibly badly, inefficiently and at such a great cost to yourself that you should probably be disqualified, both from farming and from humanity.

Start new alt with a proper name.
Train that alt as a hulk pilot, Tengu pilot, Triage pilot, Titan/super holder.
Sell character for isk to fund plex for the account.

One thing you can do is see my bio. You can earn yourself a few months worth of plex for yourself very easily. Just be a sweetheart and post your results in the forum.

See Bio for isk doubling rules. If you didn't read bio, chances are you funded those who did.
