I hate to break this to you but this character is worth 11-13B at most. The skills are too diffuse. You'd be lucky to get 11.5 for it honestly. You should have taken that guys offer.

I see that you did purchase it a week ago for 10. Congratulations on buying a dud. Good luck on selling. You will not get anything over 13 for it.
