I'm guessing it wouldn't be wise --legally or otherwise-- for them to disclose, unless such information was a matter of public record. Otherwise, I blame high sec.

The trouble is DDoS attacks can be done by just about anyone. They require no skill or knowledge, and downloadable software makes the person responsible almost entirely untraceable. 10 minutes of googling gets you the info on how its done and probably even the software required to do it.

DDoS attacks are usually conducted by 12 year old idiots who rage quitted for one reason of another.

It was a protest made by hisec miners about the nerfs to their area :P.
