It is clearly to make it easier for pregnant women to identify with their Avatar...one little piece in the gendering initiative of CCP.
It is also very interesting for RP...a clear sign that theCQ doors will be opened soon...flodding the staions with big-breasted gogo dolls and trained up Caldari baldies frequenting the numerous etablissements and bars.
