How about a way to actually see what bonuses your fleet is getting.

Hover over check mark maybe?

Just something that shows what % bonus you are getting from the actual boosters.

How about something like the display that Systems have when Sansha Incursions are on? Image

Where it shows the type of Bonus: Shield for Shield Boost, Agility for Agility Boost etc and when you hover over it it shows the amount in % of boost you are receiving?

Or in the Fleet Window have a Boosts Tab with the same icons as mentioned above but with columns showing the percentage of boost versus the maximum. The graphic could even be a "re-use" of the current Scanning progress strength progression indicators to show this: image

Just an idea on the OP's original but +1 for this to OP.

Agreed. This would be a welcome addition. Currently the only way to check this is:
1. Check for Green check-mark in fleet window
2. Open fitting window or show info on modules you expect to see change(s) to.
