The alliance that I am part of recently became part of a war. I went and shot one of their Frieght containers and I became concorded and my ship was distroyed.

This also resulted in me loosing my pod

I would not have lost my pod if I was not concorded. My pod was 50mil in implants.

Greetings, GM Bunyip here.

It appears that the container was not a legal target as its owner had left his corporation earlier that day. Unfortunately, we can also see in our logs that you repeatedly attempted this action and failed due to safeties. You then then disabled the safeties, which essentially demonstrates an understanding and explicit foreknowledge that the action you were just about to perform would result in a CONCORD action.

Given all this, I'm afraid we cannot provide reimbursement of the capsule that was lost some minutes later, as we cannot see any indication of a bug or other issue here that caused the loss.

If you have any other questions or problems, please let me know and I'll be happy to assist you further.

Best regards,

When the containers were targeted they STILL came up with war target icons. If a player "Launches for the corp" then anchors them, then technically they are the corps, not the person to anchored them. If they were that person's then it should say something like "Launch for prsonal use" which the game does not have. This is a glitch which i lost my ship, and when getting screen shots i lost my pod. Please re-imburse for this

We can only re-iterate what GM Bunyip has already stated; you disabled the safeties on your game client after having failed to attack that container repeatedly due to the safety. If the safety prevents you from attacking a ship or an object then that target is not a legit target for you to attack and disabling your safety is done at your own risk and responsibility. Your ship or capsule are not considered eligible for reimbursement as a result.

If you have any further questions or concerns then please do not hesitate to ask, we will do what we can to assist you.

dispite the fact that i disengaged the safeties, it still showed up as a war target. It was owned by the corp we were at war with.

If i launch something for the corp, the corp owns it, not me.... if this is different then this should be told to us, but it isn't

I seem to remember Cpt Gulag telling the corp you are at war with THEY would be loosing millions of ISK in ships.

Sucks to be you.

What happened is, you lost a cheap ship and a pod, to learn a very valuable lesson about how the safeties work.

If they're on, and you can't shoot something because of this...

And then you turn them off...

Concord.
