Mining Foreman Link - Laser Optimization I Bug??

Never had a problem before, but I noticed after the patch, that every time I try to activate the Mining Foreman Link - Laser Optimization I, it only runs for one cycle and turns off.

Did something change or is that a bug??


Anyone know or having same issue?
