Sorry but waiting times are currently worse than the NHS.

I am in the process of confirming the teams that participated in the Charity Tournament and the Scorpions will be given out once that is done.

That expected 7 month waiting time will go by pretty quickly!

There was only 16 teams, so how fast this happens is probably more dependent on all the team captains reading and replying to said emails.

I dont understand why is it so long to send those ships. I mean the fanfest was two months ago and we are talking about a bunch of ships (70ish)

Well, a) CCP has been awfully busy with something called Odyssey that you may have heard of, b) a lot of odd things happened with the PVP tournament, one of them being a lot of the matches were not recorded nor broadcast (AFAIK, anyway), another being that, to the best of my knowledge, the team members weren't declared ahead of time and probably still aren't know to CCP so they simply have no idea who to give the ships to- hence the emails.

Hopefully there won't be any shenanigans or upset over a team captain misreporting their team members if that is the case.
