I was doing the sisters arc to boost some standings got about 30% through logged off and came back to this (see link)

Take a look and see if i am missing something here?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Yes,

The picture was taken whilst docked in Immuris home station i drew a square around HIS portrait just under the 'not available' banner.

That is a possibility, during the arc i have done that several times.

But in the interests of recreating the bug and retracing my steps i cant remember what i did tbh which is a shame, but the dev that handled my petition simply reset that bugged agent so i could speak with him, in theory it could happen again to someone else lets just hope they are more diligent than i am.
