probes wont move

I dont know if this is a Mac only problem but it happens on any acount I open, if i launch my probes I can resize them but i cant move them at all. the arrows and boxes for movign them do not highlight blue nore do they let me grip them. no idea how to fix this but it makes it impoible to probe.
