Good luck getting an answer to this. I am having what I believe to be the exact same issue. I have tried bug reports, petitions, forum posts. No decent reply from CCP that doesn't cover stuff I already explicitly explained in the OP.

Here is my latest forum post: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=3106765

Let me know if that's the same issue. If so, you'll be the fifth person I've personally confirmed is having this issue, plus others whose forum posts have sounded similar but I haven't contacted.

EDIT: If it is routers causing this problem, they better fix this. I don't care if it's our router, it's on their end. No other websites do this. I should be able to run through any commercial router. It's literally almost a requirement to run through a router, even on personal networks.

Also.... Evemon cant query the api server either.

Disabled firewall on router with no change

Forwarded all ports on router no change

Can view the forums etc just fine but anything that interacts with a signing in process fails....

Can launch the game from the bin folder

Launcher does update the game, but where the login should be is a hidden error 324 that can be viewed by highlighting
