Feel sorry for the ISD's

Here you have a group of people who know a lot about the game and obviously care a lot about it to be working voluntarily for CCP.

Yet some dizzy lass comes in that the community clearly doesn't respond well to and takes away a position you are probably perfect for, even if it was for dust I bet you know more about the game and it's impact on EVE/care about it more.

It's a shame, a real shame and I'd have loved to see one of your guys' names in blue instead. But as has been said, that's not for me to decide.

That's no offence to thingy and I'm sure she will do as best she can but I think you guys would do it better. Keep up the hard work ISD's.

If they'd only exert 1/10 the effort when there isn't a threadnaught or CCP calls for all hands to damage control, they'd have my praise and respect.

Their presence can be seen in the rookie help channel, the normal help channel and among many more forums. Also evelopedia.

As a community person like Guard I think she's spot on for the job, regardless of whether or not we like her.

But ISDs that work like admins migth not work there. They might be the same kind of geeks that pass out when stuck in front of a camera and we don't want that.

If a CCL ISD gets hired he/she's gonna be in the group with the guys like Falcon, Eterne, and Dolan. She might set up dev blog comment threads and the like but she's far from being a very good firecontrol girl from what I understand about her.

They got to have deep issues to volunteer for something that isn't a charity anyway. If anything that shitstorm mean they should get payed.

I think most do it as a means of getting a foot in the door for future employment with CCP. So they must be hurting bad about now, so we need to support them. Keep up the good work ISD's we love you.

Instead of making another stealth Mintchip thread, make this thread what it should be about, the ISDs.

I applaud the ISDs for their conduct and patience, especially on days like this where there are mulitple threads to lock, sift through for improper posting, and so on. It is a thankless job, but a necessary one. If it werent for them, us trolls would run absolutely rampant, slaughtering all the well intended posts and spamming the New topic button with reckless disregard for the rules.

We may not see eye to eye on most days, but I cant fault you for doing your jobs. Keep up the good work.

Dont expect me to hold off trolling the forums for a day as a thank you.... CCP only gets one of those days, and that was yesterday Big smile.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
