Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Following the release of Odyseey my launchers for both SiSi and TQ were not moving past the "validating client" step and so I was unable to login. After trying everything I knew to do (including running the repair tool, which failed) I opted to reinstall.

However, the install.exe is giving me this error: "Archive extraction failed: 3"

I tried using the link to download the offline launcher (found here) and payloads but keep getting an error that there is a network failure for the payloads. This error occurs no matter which download manager I use.

So essentially I can't install the game, and am thus paying for a subscription I can't make use of. Would really, really like some information on how to overcome this failed extraction so that I don't have to temporarily unsub.
