Concerning new modules production : I tried to produce a Survey Probe Launcher II BPC by inventing a Survey Probe Launcher I BPC, but I get the followingmessage : "Survey Probe Launcher I Blueprint" can not be invented, there is no chance of it succeeding.".

The patchnote state :

The Survey Probe Launcher has been added.
[...]
Tech II BPCs can be invented.

Am I missing something?

i can no longer fly my orca on one of my other accounts as it requires ore industrial 3, which it didn't before

And have you actually tried flying it, or just looked at the prereqs?

Because the prereqs don't matter, if you have the top level skills injected.

- When probbing POS Force Field : they only appear when their signature is around 0 to 30% average, disappear if more than 30%

- Probe scanner windows : do not refresh, need to uncheck / check 'Show Anomalies' to make new sigs appear

- When starting probbing : sig at 0% disappear from Probe scanner windows, should be better if they are still in the list with their 0%

- After moving probes between 2 scan : their travel (green lines) didn't appear anymore (that was cool ^^)

This has always been like this. This isn't Odyssey related and I think it's for security reasons.

GPU ATI Radeon 5870 1GB GDDR5 DX11

CPU INTEL i960 i7-960 @ 3.2 GHz

Problems: I actually LOST skill points in a variety of ships including frigates, destroyers, cruisers and didnt get any BC skills except Caldari.

Running 3 accts at same time and everything is running slowly (not using 3rd party software, alt -tabbing to ctrl all 3 accts)

Getting disconnected frequently

Game 'hangs up' frequently then jumps ahead to catch up to where i should be in space.

Had 80-100% Time Dilation at times ( I usually dont have Time Dilation issues, except near Jita and im near Rens right now).

Yawn,  I'm right as usual. The predictability kinda gets boring really.

I may have missed this in the patch notes but I'm noticing that several BPOs have changed the bill of materials. I am now seeing a section of Extra Materials where it didn't exist prior to the patch. In the case of Armgeddon BPO some of the items are nearly double what is listed in the material section. If you were going to increase the amount of materials required in the BPOs why did you need to have the same items in the extra material list and then have it larger than the original requirements. Could this be a bug or are you really doubling the amount of material required to build these ships?

The warp sound effect will get stuck on

how to cause it: warp to anything and alt+tab while in warp e.g alt tab to media player.

if you remain alt+tabbed until the warp ends in game and then switch back to the eve client the warp sound effect will be suck on.
if you alt+tab back into eve before the warp ends then it will not happen.

i'm using a PC running win7 OS

Still having problems with the launcher not being able to complete the updates to 100%.
Wrote about this problem also before Odyssey-launch here
Havent found any fix for it yet, or even any indication that CCP know about this and are working on it, now i continue manually starting .exe

so it's not only for some nVidia PC like mine to play at 4 fps with Odyssey...

Intended change. This was to avoid the possibility of people buying up / building the old Tier 1 Battleships before the Patch and refining them for a lot more Minerals than went into their build after the patch.

By my reckoning, 0115 Mountain Time is 0815 GMT - 15 minutes into the scheduled downtime.
If it was winter, you'd be right. But Mountain Time is now on Daylight Saving, so only 6 hours behind GMT at the moment, rather than 7. :)

Same issue, had it happen twice. But it is very random. Been flying around all morning and only had it happen twice on two different accounts.

As a couple of other people have reported (sorry, lost track of where those posts were in this thread :/ ), I'm seeing a reappearance of the "camera zoom state" forgetfulness we saw a few years back, which got fixed.

I generally like to fly around with the camera zoomed out quite a long way, and before Odyssey was rolled out, the system would remember the zoom state when I docked and then undocked. Now, though, when I undock, the camera is zoomed right in again (zoom state at default level), and I have to zoom out again each time I undock.

The Leadership certificate chain has been broken, specifically Battlespace Technician and its dependencies as it in turn depends on the Battlecruisers skill.

(Yes, I know most people won't care, but it's still an issue...)
