Client occasionally freezes up

Hey guys, when playing I have started to notice my client freezing from time to time. Sometimes it occurs when opening loot wrecks, sometimes when just opening my fitting tab. Not sure what the issue is.

My specs:
running the game at 1920x1080
AMD 965 OC'd to 3.9
Radeon 7870 OC'd (both OC's are stable)
8 gigs of ram
Eve is being stored on a HDD
Windows 7

still having this issue. It happens when i alt tab back into the game, about 15 seconds after
