There are many reasons this would be over powered. Example: "Oh look hostiles. To the wormhole generator! Let's get outta here!"

"I think we are about to be sieged... To the wormhole generator!"

"You know, I really hate these guys I'm flying with. Time to load up the freighter. To the wormhole generator! Look out 4 jumps from Jita, here I come!"

These examples are just for comedic porpoises. Just imagine the strategic uses.

Sorry I just don't see how setting up a mod to make a man made wh takes away from all the random one's still in place, and the post where I said keep it to a low 20mins and only a few ships can us it not really sure how its taking away from anything other then for example say I'm in a C4 with a static C2 there would be no need to go into the C2 other then to pilage the wormhole. I know you think that these random wh that lead any where are nice keeps to the exploration aspect of the game but why would I want to do exploration just to get my goods out of the wh. That turns doing something that should be fun into a job and I work just fine at work, but its a game and I want to have fun so sorry for not wanting to work at something that should be fun!

Everyone would put an alt into training immediately and everyone would max all skills to V ASAP. Some people would train 2 or 3. Then, you would have 30 alts in even small corps that will all log on and go to the same place during "ops." You would have caravans of of goods in and out of wspace from/to high sec with minimal risk. No wormhole would be safe as well, as you would effectively be able to "titan bridge" without a titan into anyone's home system anytime with none of the networking, mapping, spying currently required to invade.

Even if you did not allow people to simply "bridge" (wonder where we've heard that before) into any random wormhole system, but only to known space, it still fouls wormhole space by effectively eliminating risk, putting exploration into easy mode, and would mean far easier access in and out of wormholes than CCP intended.

Wormholes are dangerous and meant to be dangerous. They are far riskier than anything else in EVE, as you can't just log off and wait out a wardec or use a capital to jump all your stuff to a lowsec that borders high from deep null when things go south. When you get into deep wormhole space, you are committed, and its balls to the wall all the way or nothing. You bet big and win big, and sometimes you will loose big. Sorry, but wormhole space doesn't need an easy button. This is EVE, and this is one of the most elite, dangerous, and beautiful parts of EVE.

To address this hmm 5 to 20 time to build the wh, lights up in over view making it warp point plus how you going to get a freighter in a wh that can only support a battleship or smaller? Maybe a hauler or blockade runner

easy button aside how isn't not dangerous to have a man made wh that pops up in both system and your able to warp to that point while its being made for the 20mins or so while to mod is online thing will light up like a cyno and take longer then a cyno to run, how is that not risky?

Some wormholes in deep space get opening to k-space that can support freighters. If the wormholes generated match their static with total allowed through, then theoretically you have a magical freighter transporter.

I think you are missing the main point: what most people do not want to see, is any way to directly influence, control, or create wormholes. We want it unspoiled and random, because otherwise people will metagame it to death and it will be less... well... what wormhole space is currently.

Easy button aside? No such thing sir! It is the point.

You simply create your magical wormhole bridges when no one is around. Very rarely will people be bored enough to covert ops trap you. If people do warp to your bridge when forming, you just don't use it! Its too easy to get in and out, and you have too much control over safely getting in and out.

I guess the part about No bigger then a battleship was missed in my last statement, so I'll say it again "No bigger then a Battleship", and its Limited to only a few ships.

Its cool I'll just keep moving my stuff close to downtime when every one is w-space is out for the count forgive me for trying to move up the time frame and put a little danger in my life!

You are not going to get any traction here. This idea is not new nor is it desired. WH space is still somewhat mysterious due to the random nature of the connections. WH generators and or stabilizers would detract from this.

A mod that creates a wh that last four hours or less with variable mass limits, directing to randoms exits.

Wormholes are not on the map for a reason, no one knows how to get there and that is the way it should be.
Don't have a clue what you are talking about most of the time, either English is not your first language or you should get of those mushrooms.

I am logging in, just to like your comment Kuning!

Wh generator? No thanks but I'd love to see a new class of Wh (C7) where no poses can be constructed and npc roam free like rainbow unicorns!

No, POS construction should be allowed, but sleepers should reinforce said POS a few hours after it onlines, and there should be sleeper capitals (to us, they should be equivalent to supers with no targeting penalties for subcaps).

That way, people come on forums and cry about their POS's being reinforced by NPCs because they didn't read forums and do research on Class 7 wormholes first, and CCP can harvest their tears as some kind of real life strontium to triage the EVE cluster against future DDoS attacks.

I vote yes to rainbow unicorns. More rainbow unicorns in EVE and wormhole space in particular.

How about, sleepers hit every thing at all moons in all wh space. Then once you fight them and win you can clam sov! And if you lose they can pod you, and you lose say 2mil skill points from random skills
