I'm looking for a miner.

Here is my basic requirements.

Looking for a toon with a good name, If you just hit on the keyboard random I dont want it. He must be clean, pos wallet, pos sec status, no kill rights.

My budget is 10B, I might go as high as 15B for the right toon.

Must be a max mining, using all mining ships, T2 crystals, and so on.
I want him to also be a good hualer, a min of at lest a freighter.

Bonus for max jump skills, and able to use rorq and jump freighters.

Not perfect but can mine, has all bc level5, can use jf (last i checked) also has leaderships skills that can be improved upon.

Ill do that. When i get home from work ill drop it from corp and will have 24 hour stasis. Ill also confirm withthat toon here then for that amount so you know its actually mine.
