I thought my game was broken when I couldn't find that bloody thing. Course, now, they are making the station window to large which is annoying with lower rez displays.

Absolutely no justifiable reason for moving it. My guess is they wanted to make the captains quarters more visible and so they decided to bunch it with undock.

Don't worry about undocking, just take up local scamming as a new hobby.

Actually, setup a hotkey, probably better than any on-screen button :-)

Ingame: esc-> shortcuts-> general-> exit station . Never worry about undock buttons in space again.

Why yes, yes it is. If your left handed, liken it to the start button of windows, wonder why they are changing things that were NOT broken, have a bewildering fascination with undock sequence and adding a graphic change that is actually a graphic.

Its a stupid, err bad change. It should have become a movable icon that you could put in the window its in or on the icon bar or where ever you want to put it!

It seems the guy who created Windows 8 GUI with its removal of the start icon and got fired, found a new job.

I keep clicking the empty space above the calendar everytime I try and undock :(

Wasn't broken. Didn't need fixing.

God damnit CCP. For those of us here for years and years, we slowly developed habits/twitch memory. Now I keep clicking an empty space above my calendar when I want to undock.

All this to push us into laggy Captains Quarters? Bad call.

It's the one thing the Devs have chosen to ignore, when people have posted about it. They simply do not want to address this and by the same extent change it.

So we all have a choice, which means no choice. Deal with it.

P.S. I also hate the change, but options are bad mkay.

For me even worse than the moving of the button (which sucks) is the dual purpose of the undock button. I want a separate dock and abort dock button. The problem is made even worse by the fact the text doesn't change from Undock to Abort Undock for a 1-1.5 seconds. Do you have any idea how many times I have undocked and then accidentally canceled my undock? A lot.
